Onyx Binder – Custom Product Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Onyx Binder. Because our binders are custom-made to your exact specifications, we enforce a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Please review the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Final Sale & No Refunds

All custom binder orders are final sale. Because these items are personalized and uniquely crafted to your design requirements, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions & Seller Discretion

In exceptional circumstances, and solely at the seller's discretion, a digital gift card or promotional shop credit may be issued.

• Cash, credit card, or payment processor refunds will not be given.

• Any approved shop credit is a one-time courtesy and does not establish a precedent for future orders.

3. Strict 14-Day Notification Window

To be considered for a potential gift card or promotional credit, you must notify us of any issues with your order within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• The 14-day window begins exactly on the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier's tracking data.

• No exceptions: If you contact us after the 14-day mark, all options for promotional credit or gift cards are completely void.

4. How to Report an Issue
